2. Quotes and Payments

• Estimates are provided upon request and are valid for 30 days.

• A deposit may be required before service begins.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Ensure access to the property at scheduled times.

• Remove personal items from work areas.

• Comply with local ordinances relevant to landscaping work.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Damage resulting from hidden utilities or underground hazards not disclosed by the client.

• Delays due to weather or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Landscape Plano and may not be used without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion, especially in cases of non-payment or inappropriate conduct.
